This policy describes how Swaad CMS, the catering-management service operated by Dhumketu AI Labs ("we", "us"), is delivered to customers.
Digital delivery
Swaad CMS is a digital service delivered electronically; access is granted immediately on subscription. No physical goods are shipped.
1. How access is delivered
Swaad CMS is software, accessed over the internet through our web and mobile applications. There is nothing to ship. Once you sign up and your subscription or free trial is active, access to your workspace is provisioned immediately to the Google account you signed in with.
2. Service availability
The Service is available wherever you have a supported web browser or our Android client and an internet connection. As the product is delivered online, there are no shipping charges, no delivery timelines, and no geographic delivery restrictions beyond access to the internet and applicable law.
3. If you can't access the Service
If your workspace does not activate or you cannot sign in after subscribing, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve access promptly.
