Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Swaad CMS, the catering-management service operated by Dhumketu AI Labs ("we", "us"). It applies to all subscriptions purchased through this website and our applications.
The short version
A 7-day free trial is provided to evaluate the product. Subscriptions are billed annually and are non-refundable once the paid period begins. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
1. Free trial
Every new workspace includes a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate Swaad CMS before paying anything. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not wish to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
2. Billing
After the trial, subscriptions are billed annually in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay at ₹40,000 per application, per year. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each annual term until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account address, or from within the application where available. Cancellation stops future renewals. After you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period, and it will not renew thereafter.
4. Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable once the paid annual period begins. Because a free trial is provided to evaluate the product before any charge, we do not offer pro-rata or partial refunds for the unused portion of a term after a renewal or purchase has been billed.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable Indian law. Where a refund is required by law — for example, in the case of a confirmed duplicate charge or a billing error on our part — we will honour it. To raise such a request, contact [email protected].
5. How approved refunds are processed
Where a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
